Based in the central Sunshine Coast area of Queensland, Australia, we have the best of all worlds here, beautiful sandy beaches, tempered climate, exotic animals and birds, and lots of hinterland forest-wonderland.

Have fun tours was started from a love of mountain biking and ready access to local forest and trails. Our main tour guide, Johnboy has been riding this area for years and is passionate about showing the beauty of the natural scenery to all. He is an accredited mountain bike coach, and has 20 years competitive triathlon experience. He has represented Australia and still competes in distance and multi day endurance events.

We offer bikes for hire, reliable mountain bikes for footpath and trail riding, and some slick road bikes for you to explore the Sunshine Coast roads.

At the moment we are offering two fantastic half-day MTB rides – the coastal cruse and the forest ride.

MOUNTAIN BIKE TOURS:



Forest Tours $69 for half day

We have a range of venues to suit all levels of riders. Easy flat picturesque trails to more challenging tracks. It is all about you enjoying your half day out.

We pick you up in the Fun Bus from your holiday pad and whisk you up to some gorgeous Aussie forest in Sunshine Coast hinterland. We put you on some beaut Merida mountain bikes, give you a helmet, riding instructions and away we go for a fun filled half day unforgettable experience. You might bump into some of our furry friends such as koalas, kangaroos, dingo or a possum or two, then there is giant goannas, and of course, our famous… cane toads.

Coastal tours $49 for 3 hours

The Sunshine Coast has lots of great coastal footpaths. For this tour we pick you up in the Fun Bus, then your guide will take you for a nice flat-ish footpath ride following the beach enjoying the views and the ocean breezes. Stopping for a swim or coffee if you want. Approx. 3 hours total fun time.

Girls Only Tour $55 for 3 hours

Have Fun Mountain Bike Tours are having a Women Only beginners mountain bike tour. The lovely Jane is the tour guide and will be instructing girls new to MTB on the finer points, as well as having a great day out. As with all tours, bike, helmets, and bus transfers are included in the $55 cost. Pick up time is 9.30 from the Alex surf club, and return by about 12.30.

Hire a Guide $35 per hour
